Description

Guyson's range of 'Kerry' branded KS ultrasonic cleaning tanks are robustly constructed using AISI 316L polished stainless steel for durability, while Kerry ultrasonic generators ensure powerful parts cleaning and long equipment life. 'Kerry' KS ultrasonic cleaning tanks are microprocessor controlled for precision and repeatability. Sonics may be set in 6-second increments up to 99 minutes, and solution temperature may be set in the range 20 - 80°C in 1°C increments. Standard KS ultrasonic tanks operate at 38 kHz (±10%) and are fitted with a varied number of M300 (300W) Kerry internal generators dependent on the size of the tank; however, an optional external generator allows switchable dual-frequency (40/80 kHz ±10%) and variable power control. Options also include raising stand (200mm), level sensor and pumped filtration. The typical ultrasonic tank uses include: Production cleaning - removal of oils, swarf, polishing compound, brazing flux, solder flux, carbonised deposits, moulding residues Refurbishment of computer, photocopier and engine components Maintenance of mould tools, extrusion dies, printing components, saw blades and cutting tools, surgical instruments, electronics assembly system parts, and small machined components.
